HOW DOES THE WAIT LIST WORK?

Simply add your name to the wait list by clicking WAIT LIST alongside the class you wish to take and you will be notified via an automated email as soon as a cancelation has been made. You will then need to log into your account to book the class.Please note the wait list runs on a first come, first served basis so remember to log on and book as soon as you receive the wait list email!


DO YOU HAVE A DROP-IN CLASS?

NO. Because of the small size of our classes (5 clients currently for reformer class) (8 clients max for mat, barre class). We require that all clients book their classes with us in advance, using our online booking system.


HOW LONG ARE CLASSES/ PRIVATE SESSIONS?

All of our classes and private sessions are 50 minutes.


HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I ALLOW BEFORE CLASS?

We suggest you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start of class, in order to give you time to check-in, change and prepare for class.


WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR THE CLASS?

Anyone who is late to class by 10 mins or more will not be allowed inside as the warm-up would have finished and you will disrupt both the clients and instructor. PLEASE be prompt to avoid this and respect that the ARC Team wants to provide the best quality service they can, your lateness means you will not experience the full benefits Pilates offers.


DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO JOIN A CLASS?

No, there will be different levels of classes available to everyone and all fitness level are welcome. Our team’s focus is on each person and his or her individual progress in order to achieve maximum benefits.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend stretchy pants and a t-shirt or sports top, and we will provide the rest – complimentary towels, luxury shower facilities and drinking water.


IS THIS YOUR FIRST VISIT TO ARC?

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your class or your private session to allow yourself time to get changed, familiarise yourself with the studio and have a quick chat with your trainer about your fitness levels and how to use the equipment.


CAN I ATTEND A CLASS IF I AM PREGNANT?

Firstly, congratulations! If you have been attending ARC’s classes on a regular basis prior to becoming pregnant, you are welcome to participate in regular classes until the end of your 2nd trimester. To continue training at ARC when pregnant, please ask for the prenatal consent form. Once completed, please send the form back to us via email to info@arcpilateskw.com or bring the completed form into the studio. Please inform the Team, this will allow our instructors to be notified before you attend a class that you are pregnant so that exercise modifications can be made for you. Once you have had your 6-week check with your doctor following the birth of your baby, we’ll be delighted to welcome you back to the studio to help you get your body back after delivery. For clients who are pregnant and new to ARC, we do not advise starting regular classes, unless it’s a prenatal class. However we’ll be happy to help get you back into shape after you’ve given birth and there is always the option of private session with anyone of our Team members.

HOW CAN I BUY AN ARC CLASS OR PRIVATE SESSION?

You can purchase classes and private sessions online via your ARC’s account. Simply go to our PRICING page and purchase your package. Your sessions/classes will be added to your account automatically as soon as your payment has been authorised. Please call us on +965 9005 7577 for further assistance.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION?

Should you need to cancel your session, please be aware that ARC operates a 12 hour cancelation policy for private sessions and 8 hours for group classes. Please note, your account will not be re-credited if you should cancel inside the 12 hour period.
